This past Ramadan, HMCC made a heartfelt commitment to better organize and serve our beloved community. Alongside our five daily prayers, Jummah congregation, and a blessed Ramadan with 30 days of iftar and nightly Taraweeh, Alhamdulillah, we’ve launched several ongoing programs—with more exciting initiatives coming soon, inshaAllah.
We warmly welcome your feedback and encourage your active participation to help improve and grow these efforts. With humility and gratitude, we are pleased to present the following services now available to our community:
Weekly Family Halaqa – Every Sunday after Maghrib, led by Br. Aboul Mohammad Hassan
Monthly Urdu Sisters’ Halaqa – A spiritual space for learning and connection
Monthly English Sisters’ Halaqa – An inclusive gathering for growth and support
Monthly Brothers’ Breakfast Gathering – Casual setting to strengthen brotherhood
Special Guest Events – Featuring out-of-town speakers and scholars
In collaboration with Bukhari Center – Starting August, twice-weekly Quran sessions for kids
Monthly Family Night – Organized by Siraat Initiative, featuring Ustad Zaid Khanani
Monthly Convert Gathering – In partnership with The Subha Initiative, guided by Imam Derrick Peat & Shaykh Naseer Bu Muhammad
Alhamdulillah, with the help of Zakat Foundation of America, we have set up a dedicated space with round tables and leather chairs for small gatherings. Available to rent at minimal cost for community use.
In partnership with Zakat Foundation of America – Humanitarian efforts, including local food drives and global relief campaigns. A great opportunity for volunteers to serve. Please reach out Br. Abdullah Erol Aydin in charge Zakat Foundation of America operations.
The likeness of those who spend their wealth in the Way of Allah, is as the likeness of a grain (of corn); it grows seven ears, and each ear has a hundred grains. Allah gives manifold increase to whom He wills. And Allah is All-Sufficient for His creatures' needs, All-Knower.
